- The card is there on the page; all you have to do is to click on the blue “Apply here” link just below the image at the right side of the page.
- On the next page, you have to give in the invitation number, first of all, this number has been mentioned in the mail offer you received from the company.
- Access it, open the mail and look for the number written under the image of the card in it.
- Type that number in the first blank field on the first page now.
- If, you have not received the mail offer:
- Click on the orange “See if you’re pre-qualified” link now.
- On the next page, provide your first name in the very first field.
- Provide the middle initial after that in the field next to it.
- Enter your last name in the third field now.
- Choose a suffix from the list in the fourth field now.
- Now, provide your address that can be used by the company to send you the card.
- If you have more than one address, click on the “plus” button and provide the other one as well.

- Provide your date of the birth in the next empty field, remember that you must be 18 years of age if you want to apply for the card.
- Now, enter the social security number as well in the next field.

- Now, enter your primary phone number as well in the next blank field.
- Enter the secondary number in the field next to it.
- View the terms and conditions of the card and then check the box to show you are agreeing to them.
- Click on the orange “PRE-QUALIFY NOW!” button and get qualified.
- You will get the mail in which the invitation number is mentioned. Type it in the first blank field.
- Enter the zip code in the next.
Click on the orange “Get Started” button now and get to provide all the remaining info asked on the next pages to get the card.
