Accessing this portal is easy and all you need is a personal computer, tablet, or a smart device. You can access this portal by navigating to their official website, but make sure that your internet speed is stable and you are also using an updated internet browser. Before we show you how you can log in to this student portal, let’s discuss the important information about this portal.
What Makes GCU Student Portal Great?
The new student portal is great for many reasons. This is mobile ready, which means that you can access all the resources and features of this portal conveniently on your smart devices, like a smartphone. The user-friendly dashboard allows you to navigate between the different features and find your desired service fast and without any hassle. You can view your classes and grades inside this portal, anytime. If you want to make a payment, then this option is also available in the student portal. Apart from that, here are the other resource and features that you can access in this portal:

Requesting Transcripts
Inside this portal, you can access 2 types of transcripts, such as official transcripts and unofficial transcripts. An official transcript is the one that is usually needed for the schools or employees as official enrollment proof. An unofficial transcript is a PDF transcript that you can download and print, as needed. Just log in to your student portal and click “Transcript Request” app from the “My Apps” dashboard. To request unofficial transcripts, open the app “Class Schedule/Grades” from the dashboard, and then click “Download Schedule”.
End Of Course Survey
It’s a confidential survey allowing the students to share their comments according to their experience at the GCU. This survey helps the university to improve the student experience, improve actions, and ultimately increase the value of the university. This survey opens in the last week of the course (for the online students), and at the second-to-last week (for the traditional students). To participate in this survey, click “Take Survey” option after it appears in the section “My Courses”.
Making A Payment
To make payments and to access the balance, you should log into your GCU portal account. After logging in, click “Finance Hub” option under “My Apps” dashboard. Now, click “Add a new payment method” button to set up your payment method (for instance, a credit card). After adding a payment method, click the button “Make a Payment” that is available under “Dual / Concurrent Enrollment Payments” option. Follow the on-screen instructions to make a payment online.
Checking Your Grades
After your final grades are posted by your instructor, you should log in to the student portal to view your grades. After you log in, you should look for the application icon “Class Schedule/Grades and click it. Click “Choose a program of study” option from the drop-down menu, if you have multiple degree programs. For the online students, there are 3 sections for which they can view their courses: Previous, Scheduled, and Current. You can click “Download Schedule” for downloading the full list of all grades and courses. The schedule of the traditional students is viewable by the semester.

Instructions To Login GCU Student Portal
If you want to access your student portal through your personal computer, then you can do it by following these simple steps:
- Navigate to the link: myportal.gcu.edu to access the official GCU Portal. Once there, you should click the first option “Student Access”.
- When you arrive on the login page, you can see a blank Sign infield where you need to enter your GCU email address. Click the “Next” button and enter your password. If you see a message to choose the account type, then select school or work account. After that, you will be successfully logged into your student portal.
Once logged in, you can customize this portal as per your desires. This is how you can log in to your online student portal. The faculty members can also use the same method to login to the GCU Faculty Portal by clicking “Faculty Access” instead of “Student Access”.
